We appreciate how challenging procuring the gas, water, electric and communication services for your developments have become. Whilst the de-regulation of these markets has offered more choice with the introduction of Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIP`s) and Independent Connection Providers (ICP`s), it has added another layer of complexity to the process. With different levels of authorisation, it is not always clear who best to appoint to service your utilities requirements. The choice between Network Operators and the numerous independent utility companies or a combination of both, remains a complex decision that quite often affects programme delivery dates and cost.

We provide a single point of contact taking ownership of all utility requirements for your project, from agreeing loads, locations, and any other site expectations, through the quotation process and liaison with your site delivery team, to contribute with project management, co-ordination, and commissioning of live services.

The service we offer is flexible and easily adaptable to your needs. Whilst some clients prefer to hand over full responsibility for delivery of their utilities, others prefer an advisory role, where we engage to determine your requirements, source appropriate quotations, and pass on for instruction and management by their team.
