Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service brief, to increase their existing provision at Clun Fire Station.

The project involved a significant extension to increase total floor area, and a complete internal remodel of the existing Fire Station, to accommodate staff with community facilities, including a lecture room, kitchen and welfare facilities, and the addition of an external covered canopy for future firefighting appliances. 

Our consultancy role covered the design and project management of all new M&E services and the remodelling and replacement of existing services to suit the new and revised building layout.

Amber Meadows is a development of 39 high quality, privately owned homes by Amber Infrastructure. The dwellings are designed exclusively for the over 55s and provide high quality lifestyle choice accommodation.

External utilities to include, gas, water, electricity and telecommunications services, were provided into each of the dwellings and apartment buildings.

Our project management and installation role included liaison with the respective network operators from initial enquiries through to connection and commissioning of all site services.

Great Alne Park is a retirement village set amid 90 acres of parkland in Warwickshire, consisting of high quality, privately owned homes by Inspired Villages. The luxury retirement cottages and apartments are designed exclusively for the over 55s and provide high quality lifestyle choice accommodation. The village comprises of 164 units built around the communal clubhouse facility which includes a cinema, bar, library, snooker room, swimming pool and community central hub.

Our project management role included liaison with the respective utilities network operators for electrical and telecommunications services to each dwelling and apartment building, co-ordination of other cross site services and installation of all water mains and services.

Barnes Hall is a development of 2 new student accommodation blocks for Keele University. The accommodation blocks provide 453 student bedrooms in total. Facilities consist of shared kitchens and social space, launderette, management hub and new adjoining car park.

Tewkesbury Medical Centre, now known as "The Devereux Centre" is a multipurpose facility built to house 2 existing Tewkesbury medical practices.

In addition to consulting rooms, there is a pharmacy on the ground floor and a minor operations suite on the first floor, as well as private meeting and larger conference rooms offering facilities for a wide range of services.

The development involved the construction of a new purpose built, modern self-storage facility for Lok`n Store, Bristol. The facility comprising of 800 units, and 10 different sizes of private self-storage, from small lockers to larger spaces big enough for pallet storage and mini-warehousing.
